Our postulation lawyers are trained to handle these complex tasks, enabling our fellow lawyers to concentrate fully on preparing their arguments and defending their clients’ interests.
We provide this service before the Bordeaux Court of Appeal, the Bordeaux Labour Court and the Bordeaux Commercial Court.
We can handle pre-trial hearings, substituting our fellow lawyers in another French Bar for their French and international clients. We can represent French and international companies by providing a one-off hearing (conciliation and orientation hearing before the Conseil de Prud’hommes, status hearing to request a referral that would be difficult to obtain in the absence of our litigating colleague, pleadings hearing) or by providing the entire procedural follow-up of a case.
We can also appear before the Bordeaux Court of Justice in matters falling within our remit (social security, commercial lease disputes, etc.).
Our legal representation services may vary depending on the court in which the case is heard, and will also be tailored to your needs, ranging from simply carrying out procedural formalities to drafting pleadings, or even ensuring the hearing of pleadings.
This mission of postulation does not include the execution of the decision rendered by the Court.
Our postulation services start at 800 €uros (excl. VAT) and can be adapted to suit your needs.
