Desrumaux Avocats > Our success stories
We are often asked to provide customer references, but due to professional secrecy, we are generally unable to respond to this request.
However, we are pleased to be able to share our successes with you through public court rulings, demonstrating our commitment to achieving positive results for our customers.
We won an important victory for one of our customers, whose five companies were being sued by a single adversary on the same legal grounds, claiming damages of €90,297 for commissions allegedly due.
We won on the question of territorial jurisdiction before the Bordeaux Commercial Court, arguing that the general terms and conditions of sale were inapplicable.
Then, before the CRETEIL and NANTERRE courts, we prevented our client from being sentenced to pay such sums, thanks to our expertise and commitment.
The plaintiff was even required to pay part of the fees of our business law firm.
In the other three cases, the opposing party withdrew from the proceedings and the action.

We assisted a company in a dispute with a professional customer who refused to pay for services rendered, for no reason whatsoever.
Before the Bordeaux Commercial Court, we obtained an order for the customer to pay the unpaid invoices, a fine of €3,000 for abusive resistance, and a fine of €3,000 for court and legal costs.
All the sums were recovered from the condemned party and our client was paid.
Savings: €12,822.60
Please note: the opposing party has appealed this decision.
